It's nice to finally see a line of standard, extended length hydro chucks from Kennametal! Super interesting to note that these chucks have precision ground nose faces, as well, meaning you can finally get that bending stability with a flanged shank drill! I can't wait to put one of these into some big ass landing gear, reach around fixtures and the rest of the workpiece and get to work popping some holes!

WHOOWWW half cast iron and the other half steel! That was one crazy ride! I am looking for a cutter that can do high speed milling and do the face milling like this video but the cutter also does a shoulder! So basically a counter-step milling cutter that creates a accurate shoulder too. At least a shoulder with a inch depth.

I tested Kor5 D12 /36 R0,75 mill 1.4301 with dinamic milling. It was good but not enough. Parameters: Ap=18 mm Ae=0,6 mm Vc=220 m/min rpm 5800 Vf=2356 mm/min Cooling emulsion My question is it ok parameters for Kor5 and suggest not using cooling only air?
